Your role will include:
Organising day-today operations to keep our team firing on all cylinders.
Scheduling tradesmen, apprentices, and sub-trades.
Upholding quality assurance standards with pride, ensuring excellent workmanship and quality.
Managing KPIs to drive success and keep the business on track.
Managing major projects to perfection - on time, on budget, and top quality results.
Managing service & reactive jobs efficiently and promtly
Championing Health and Safety responsibilities.
Assisting in fine-tuning our systems.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Fire Protection experience is a bonus but not required!
What we need from you:
Organised with a keen eye for detail.
Practical and quick-thinking.
Strong communication skills.
Willing to go the extra mile for outstanding results.
Experience with Commerical Construction & Maintenance Work would help
A current NZ full licence.
A degree in business management would be a bonus.
