Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a diverse team of professionals
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the quality of services provided
Program Development: Collaborate with the team to design and implement innovative programs that promote independence and well-being
Budget Management: Monitor and manage the budget effectively to ensure fiscal responsibility
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of care through continuous quality improvement efforts
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications: A relevant qualification in the health professional field is desirable
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of the healthcare sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
