Someone who can be part of strategic conversations, as well as being present and across what is happening on the floor. Communication, collaboration and a solutions focused mindset will be essential. You'll need to be able to handle pressure and make decisions with confidence. Someone who works well with other operational leaders, while confident in taking ownership of your remit.
