Operations Manager, Health of Older People Full Time Monday - Friday Adult Rehabilitation and Health of Older People (ARHOP) services provides a wide range of inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation and community-based services and will continue to experience significant growth over the coming years. The Operations Manager – Health of Older People is responsible for the management of inpatient AT&R Allied Health Services across Middlemore Hospital, Community Services- (Community Geriatric Service and The Memory Team). The AT&R Administration team and an Allied Health outpatient service including Fracture Liaison and Bone Density across the Counties Manukau Health Region. We are looking for an Allied Health professional with current APC and with at least 3 years' experience in a management role within the health sector. Ideally you will have experience in the management of health services and have had responsibility for staff and budget management. A health background is essential. The position reports to the Service Manager - Health of Older People and works closely with other Operations and Service Managers to achieve service outcomes. You will also work in partnership with the Clinical Directors of Allied Health. This is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.
