Do you have past leadership and/or retail experience that you can draw on to lead a team in the Bathrooms & Plumbing department?
Much of the trust customers have in our business and the reputation we have in the community come from our strong team.
In this role, having some bathroom and plumbing experience is an advantage; however, it is not essential.
What we are looking for is a keen leader who is organized, eager to lead in a busy retail environment, and values great customer service.
As Bathroom & Plumbing Team Leader, among other things, you will: Take responsibility for on-the-floor stock, displays, and standards within your department; Lead the team and develop their capability to deliver great customer service - every customer, every time; Manage a varied and busy workload, from department operations to team management and leadership.
This is a full-time role and will include one weekend day.
