Operations Manager/ Administrator

C & A Singh Trading, trading as Waingaroa Hot Springs in Ngaruawahia, Waikato, is currently looking for an Operations Manager/Administrator to manage the administrative tasks of the business and company.
You must have a minimum of 12 months of retail/business/sales/management experience.
Duties and Tasks Manage invoicing as well as banking Manage financial and all office documentation Reconcile bank statements Manage business resources Ensure all files and records are managed Manage the company's GST and monthly accounting Ensure that all work conducted and customer communications are recorded and saved Deal with and manage all complaints Process payroll and deal with Human Resources Collaborate with the marketing department Manage customer queries and pass them on to the relevant department Ensure regulatory standards are met The pay rate for this role is $30-$32 per hour.
