Operations Manager/ Administrator

C & A Singh Trading, trading as Waingaroa Hot Springs in Ngaruawahia, Waikato, is currently looking for an Operations Manager/Administrator to manage the administrative tasks of the business.
You must have a minimum of 12 months of retail, business, sales, or management experience.
Duties and Tasks Manage invoicing and banking Manage financial and office documentation Reconcile bank statements Manage business resources Ensure all files and records are managed Manage the company's GST and monthly accounting Record and save all work conducted and customer communications Handle and manage all complaints Process payroll and manage Human Resources Coordinate with the marketing department Manage customer queries and direct them to the relevant department Ensure compliance with regulatory standards The pay rate for this role is $30-$32 per hour.
