Intergroup are New Zealand's Infrastructure and Industrial Services specialists, delivering services in waste management, industrial services, coatings, and infrastructure. Reporting to the Regional Manager for Auckland Infrastructure, you will lead our dynamic 3 Waters program, playing a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality assurance standards. You will lead a team to drive the project forward and complete it to the highest standards - on time and within budget. What does the role involve?

Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve operational excellence and drive performance.
Profit and Loss ownership of the division.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with contract standards are met.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular reports to senior management.
Engage with stakeholders and clients to strengthen customer relationships.
Lead Health and Safety practices on-site, ensuring team compliance with all safety protocols.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience in operations management ideally within the water industry.
Strong background in leading successful teams with a track record of driving team performance.
Experience with scheduling of resources, forecasting, and resource management ideally within Dynamics 365 environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
