We are looking for a self-motivated team player to join our Water and Wastewater team. This team is responsible for providing Water and Wastewater services to our community. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position, primarily based in Te Aroha.
You will be responsible for assisting the wider team with coordinating maintenance schedules and activities on our water and wastewater plants, pump stations, and reservoirs, as well as supporting our treatment plant teams with health and safety risk reviews and corrective actions. You will work within a committed team to collectively ensure the efficient running of our assets.
Our ideal applicant will have great communication skills, be well organized and detail-oriented, have good computer skills, and won't be afraid to get their hands dirty! Experience in the Water and Wastewater industry would be an advantage; however, we will provide full training to the right person.
