We are looking for a Senior Packaging Leader (internally referred to as Area Leader) to join our Packaging Leadership team at The Pride Brewery, East Tamaki.
In this influential role, you will be a leader of leaders, supporting the timely and efficient production of high-quality products.
Key responsibilities include: Delivery of production DIFOT, reliability maintenance, improvement in performance metrics, and change management within packaging. Coach, develop and lead high performing teams and champion a high growth operator centric culture. Budget and governance across maintenance, labour, materials, and consumables. Ensuring site adherence and improvement to the Supply Chain Operating System Value creation and Focussed improvement activities across the department Key to your success will be: Strong people leadership capability with the ability to empower people to achieve. Ability to effectively communicate change and take the team on the journey. Proven experience within FMCG and/or manufacturing. High level process improvement skills with analytical ability and strategic problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse loss and develop tactical/strategic plans to deliver Strong technical and learning agility to apply new concepts and continuously improve. Ability to motivate and inspire people at all levels, building a high performing team. Experience with TPM or similar lean methodologies will be highly regarded. Tertiary qualification in Engineering or similar would be advantageous. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in our business.
