The role:In a key role within the organisation, you will ensure the seamless operation of a busy office while supporting operations with your proficient coordination and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily office operations including the scheduling of jobs to on-site workers
Order materials, apply for power connections and council inspections
Provide administrative support to the management team
Assist in development and maintenance of H&S procedures and workplace policies
Support the onboarding of new employees
Coordinate training and development activities

Skills and experience:

Experience within an operational or administrative role in the electrical or construction industries, essential
Excellent organisational and project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency with Simpro or similar job / project management software
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities
