Operations Coordinator

The role will include:


Shipment Monitoring: Oversee and manage all inbound and outbound shipments daily, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.


Logistics Coordination: Plan, execute, and monitor import and export shipments using our advanced operating system.


Cold Chain Management: Handle temperature-sensitive shipments, maintaining and preparing temperature-controlled environments as needed.


Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately prepared and provided to agents and drivers for collections, deliveries, and recoveries. Confirm that all recoveries are completed in accordance with the manifest documentation
