About the Role: Adecco, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Operations Support Coordinator to manage daily operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and act as the main point of contact for customer teams. This role involves coordinating operations, addressing issues, and ensuring schedules are followed efficiently.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the direct point of contact for customer operations.
Communicate operational irregularities, equipment updates, and other changes.
Maintain real-time communication with on-field customer operations (e.g., ops/tower).
Ensure compliance with security, safety, and company policies.
Allocate resources (drivers/loaders) based on customer schedules and airport data.
Monitor airside activities for compliance with flight schedules and guidelines.
Manage meal orders, flight schedules, and incident reports.
Handle emergency situations (fire, accidents) and prepare incident reports.
Participate in First Aid and Fire Emergency teams onsite.
Work independently during busy or high-pressure periods.
Experience:
2+ years in an office or warehouse environment.
1+ year in a supervisory or team-leading role (airline or related industry preferred).
Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Skills:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency with computer systems and data analysis.
Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards.
Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
