If you're passionate about leadership, innovation, and operational excellence, this role is perfect for you!KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Ensure efficient operations of the TIMG Highbrook branch, meeting scheduled deadlines and maintaining operational resources.Supervise and develop staff, ensuring appropriate training, staffing levels, and performance management, including addressing misconduct promptly.Manage team rosters, leave entitlements, and staff adherence to Health and Safety policies, fostering a culture of safety.Regularly review and improve manual and system processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.Maintain impeccable presentation and functionality of branch facilities, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring compliance with service and security standards.Proactively resolve operational issues, reporting actionable solutions and outcomes to the Site Supervisor within specified timelines.Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and prepare necessary operational and performance reports, including incident and audit reports.Oversee site security and ensure alignment with company specifications and quality management standards.Promote a strong health and safety culture by supporting incident investigations, hazard identification, and completing audits promptly.Execute additional tasks as required to achieve company objectives, while adhering to all company policies and fostering continuous improvement.ABOUT YOUYou are someone who easily connects with people from all walks of life, takes direction well, and approaches daily tasks with professionalism and a can-do attitude.Proven ability to build, manage, and nurture a high-performing team.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage openly and honestly at all levels.Commitment to adhering to and promoting company systems and procedures.Comprehensive knowledge of computer applications, including familiarity with Safe Document Destruction Service (DDS).Demonstrates strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.A sound understanding of the Health and Safety in Employment Act and related regulations, with a focus on fostering a safe workplace.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to machine maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency.COME AND JOIN US!Join our team as a Document Destruction Service Operations Controller in Highbrook, Auckland and elevate your career to the next level!Candidates must have the legal right to work in New Zealand (citizenship, residency, or valid work visa).
