As an entry-level associate, you will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks while maintaining high standards of excellence. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Operational Support:**
- Assist in daily operations processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Support inventory management, including tracking stock levels and assisting with inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operational workflows and enhance productivity.
2. **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate records in databases and spreadsheets related to operations activities.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for management meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding data entry and management.
3. **Customer Interaction:**
- Engage with clients and vendors to facilitate effective communication and resolve operational issues.
- Utilize negotiation skills to handle inquiries and promote positive relationships with stakeholders.
4. **Project Assistance:**
- Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving operations processes.
- Provide creative input and support in the ideation phase of projects, contributing innovative solutions.
5. **Administrative Duties:**
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, email correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- Support team members with various ad-hoc requests and projects as needed.
6. **Health & Safety Compliance:**
- Uphold health and safety standards throughout all operational practices and report any safety concerns.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operational or administrative role.
- **Skills:**
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively handle customer and vendor interactions.
- Creative problem-solving abilities to contribute innovative ideas to operational improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database software.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Confident in decision-making and communication with team members and stakeholders.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
