The role: Being the face of our business providing a great first impression
Delivering a smooth and efficient experience for all customers
Establishing and promoting long-term relationships with our customers to grow the business
Operating our booking system providing quotes, confirming reservations, and invoicing
Involvement in other areas of the operation when required
We are looking for: A passion for delivering a high level of customer service
Proficient computer skills and a willingness to adapt to new technology
A natural ability to take pride in your work
Have a great personality and a sense of humor
Full NZ Driver's License
A high standard of personal hygiene and presentation
The willingness to be flexible and available to work weekends when required
Our branch is open 7 days per week and this permanent, full-time position will work as per our rotating shift roster which operates on a 4 days on, 3 days off shift pattern.
