We require a team player who is reliable, quick, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role involves the fulfilment and distribution of online orders, supporting the retail network and Aftersales program, warehouse functionality and distribution/storage of goods within Deadly Ponies, and general office administration. You will work closely with our Retail Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of our retail network. This role will report directly to our Head of Operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate all after-sales tasks including our repairs programme, with our retail team, external repair agent, and customers, ensuring outcomes are of the highest standard.Manage Aftersales communication through all internal systems in a professional and timely manner.Report monthly on Aftersales results to our Design and Production teams.Warehouse SupportAssist the operations team with seasonal indent pick and pack and dispatch overflow including online and distribution to our retail store network.General warehouse tasks including stock management through routine cycle counts and annual stocktakes, general tidiness of warehouse space, and maintaining the efficient flow of inwards and outwards goods.Online DispatchEnsure accurate processing and dispatching of products purchased online, including accurate picking of the products, packing of the products to the highest standard, and liaising with courier companies for distribution of packed products.Ensure that online orders are processed correctly in an efficient and effective manner according to prescribed processes and defined Standard Operating Procedures.Ensure all online orders are processed and completed within the set KPIs.Wholesale Administration SupportSupport wholesale customer service enquiries via Gorgias platform.Assist Head of Planning with product enrichment and data entry to support our key wholesale partners.Assist Head of Operations with administrative components of wholesale dispatch.Retail Administration and Operations SupportSupport the Retail Operations Manager to ensure timesheets are approved and submitted on time and in an efficient manner along with any leave and reimbursements requests.Support the Brand and Retail team by ensuring smooth rollouts of Retail and Customer events.Organise the allocation and distribution of uniforms to new starters and the re-ordering of uniforms as required.Manage the ordering and distribution of retail packaging.Support Head of Planning with store replenishment as/when required.General AdministrationAssist Head of Operations in coordinating site maintenance tasks.Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
