Operations Assistant OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Britomart is made up of nine dynamic blocks of downtown waterfront Auckland. It is home to a diverse business community and some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and boutiques.
Britomart Group manages the day-to-day operations of Britomart and is seeking an Operations Support team member. The successful applicant will report to the Operations Manager and be part of a strong team focused on delivering impeccable service to Britomart's lease partners and keeping everything running smoothly in the precinct overall.
The position requires the ability to work effectively with all tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders in a constructive and professional way.
Our high standards are widely respected, and we expect the successful applicant to take pride in maintaining these. We are looking for someone who is an allrounder happy to assist with routine daily jobs such as precinct dining set up and waste room checks, yet be able to manage a variety of simultaneous tasks or respond to priority events if needed. The applicant must demonstrate high levels of integrity and an eye for detail.
It is important to be familiar with the Health & Safety at Work Act, as a responsibility of the whole team is to maintain a safe and positive working environment for everyone.
Candidate Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English skills required for regular interaction with the Operations and Facilities Managers and other stakeholders.
Reliable, confident, trustworthy, hard-working.
Proven problem-solving ability.
Physically fit, as the role certainly has a physical element.
Able to manage your own time effectively.
A full New Zealand driver's licence.
Must be able to deal with conflict and be able to deescalate situations.
Experience in security service provision is a plus.
Important Skills: An ability to deal with people on all levels and have a confident presence is important.

A minimum of 40 hours of work per week, Mon-Fri rostered between the hours of 7am and 7pm each day.
