The primary role will be the management, supervision, and leadership of the Downer Water NZDF team carrying out 3Waters maintenance activities with water, wastewater, stormwater, mechanical, or electrical. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the water industry and be capable of managing various tasks and projects to maintain the water networks. Nga Pukenga Motuhake | Important Skills You will be a passionate, highly organised Supervisor with a talent for prioritising and managing a fast-paced, high-volume workload. In addition, you will also have: A proven track record of leading teams preferably in a range of 3Waters maintenance. National Certificate Level 4 or equivalent in experience. An organized and systematic approach to the working environment. Able to deal with unexpected events, make decisions, and provide direction.
