As an Operations Analyst your main responsibility will be to ensure the utmost accuracy and efficiency in all operational tasks while maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients and internal teams.There is a wide variety in the role, you will be involved in Operations, Reconciliations as well as providing general office support and assistance.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients and the overall growth of our organisation.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:Placing & settling of trades into the market for Managed Funds, Direct Equities, Fixed Interest Products etc.Processing of Corporate Actions (including interest and distributions processing).Processing of Off Market Transfers across all asset types.Client Account opening and Client Maintenance.Answering within the required timeframes all queries received from clients (advisers) & Issuers alike.To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 2 years' experience working in administration roles within the finance industry (Custodian, Platform, Broker, Registry, etc.
)A high level of proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Outlook is essential.Effective verbal and written communication skills.A dynamic, goal-focused and organised approach to work, as well as an outstanding attention to detail.Strong ability to build and maintain solid professional relationships.Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.Join NZX WT and immerse yourself in our supportive and collaborative work environment.
