Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm The successful applicant will be responsible for: Manage open tickets and resolve them in a timely manner Process customer orders promptly and accurately & make adjustments as requested Prepare the delivery documentation and relay important delivery instructions to key stakeholders.
