A varied role with a strong analytical focus, you will be responsible for evaluating network performance and making improvement recommendations.
Collecting, collating and analysing real time information you will report on network events, operational issues and the delivery of planned work.
Utilising your analytical approach, you will identify patterns delving deep to understand why.
Solutions focused, you will investigate these through collaborating with relevant subject matter experts and senior leaders from across the business to discover practical operational improvement opportunities.
Working alongside others within the Operational Performance and Safety Team, you will support the implementation of learnings through a continuous improvement lens.
About You An inquisitive individual, you will bring a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
With sound knowledge of risk management and incident investigation you will bring a pragmatic approach with the ability to turn complex data sets into practical recommendations.
Degree qualified in engineering, science, or mathematics you will have experience in the electrical industry or broader infrastructure sector, ideally with exposure to electricity network operations.
Experience with ICAM, RCA or other similar techniques would be desirable but is not essential.
