Operational Key Account Manager Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand | Frachttransport und Kundenservice | Vollzeit | NZ2098994 We are looking for a dedicated person responsible for the operational management of our large key accounts.
Your Role This person will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the account, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving process improvements.
You will build & maintain key relationships and work closely with the associated stakeholders.
Your leadership skills will be key to motivating your colleagues to ensure KPI's are met, and customer excellence is delivered consistently.
Your Responsibilities To effectively manage and maintain customer relationships and support operational related initiatives To lead business and performance reviews (KPI) with customers along with implementation initiatives To manage and ensure compliance of key deliverables against committed service levels To initiate and drive continuous process improvements to improve productivity and operational performance To collaborate with stakeholders to support the business requirements To create and maintain performance dashboards for visibility, monitoring and analyzing To create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure adherence To ensure all SOPs, WIs and templates are updated and stored in a shared environment Your Skills and Experiences A minimum of 5 years' international freight forwarding experience (specifically import sea) Have an analytical mind-set; able to analyze information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems Ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously Customer focused and commercially astute with a high level of communication and interpersonal skills Have strong resilience and the ability to recover quickly from setbacks What will we offer you?
