Join us for an exciting entry-level opportunity at MediaWorks! We're seeking an individual with a strong customer service background to kickstart their career in our Outdoor division, offering hands-on experience from day one. In this newly created role as OOH Administration Support, reporting to the Head of OOH Pricing and Performance, you'll be part of our high-performing Outdoor Operations team, where no two days are the same. Based in our Auckland office, you'll join a close-knit team passionate about delivering outstanding service and results to clients across various industries. Responsibilities include: Collaborate with the OOH Contract Administrator to input schedules into Fusion for proposal creation, adhering to pricing and operational rules. Manage inventory within Fusion. Assist our Programmatic team with Fusion entry & post-campaign analysis. Support our sales teams (Direct & Australia) with administrative needs, including post-campaign reporting, inventory availability, contract changes, and media planning. Support OOH Inventory and Systems Manager with Fusion. Provide administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as required. About You: Strong foundation in customer service with effective communication skills. Collaborative spirit, ready to work with a team that values innovation, efficiency, and a can-do attitude. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, adherence to processes, and follow-through on commitments. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while managing multiple projects and organizing tasks effectively. Able to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
