Online Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Online Support Associate to join our team at Dollar General in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide online customer support via email, chat, and phone- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback- Update and maintain product information on the website- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the online customer experience

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills- Strong decision-making abilities- Leadership qualities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Prior experience in customer service or online support- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
