### Key Responsibilities: - **Content Creation & Management:** Develop engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
This includes creating original graphics, copywriting, and curating relevant content, all while ensuring brand consistency and tone.
- **Social Media Strategy:** Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- **Community Engagement:** Manage, engage with, and grow our social media community.
This includes responding to comments and messages, initiating conversations, and fostering a supportive environment for our followers.
- **Analytics & Reporting:** Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze engagement, and generate insightful reports.
Adapt strategies based on data findings to enhance effectiveness.
- **Campaign Support:** Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote Xerox events, product launches, and corporate initiatives.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork:** Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment in messaging and branding across all channels.
- **Crisis Management:** Monitor social media channels for any customer issues or brand mentions, respond appropriately and escalate to senior management if needed.
- **Trend Monitoring:** Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our online presence.
### Requirements: - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred, but recent graduates and those without formal education in this area are encouraged to apply.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics) is a plus.
