About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital E-commerce Manager to join our team. As the Digital E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth and enhancing the digital shopping experience for our customers. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our e-commerce strategy, managing our online platforms, and optimising our digital marketing efforts to maximise revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives, including content writing and content creation.
Manage and optimise our e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless customer experience and increased conversion rates.
Manage our SEO (search engine optimisation) and digital advertising offers, specifically Google and Meta.
Monitor online sales performance and identify areas for improvement; propose and implement solutions to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, increase engagement, and promote brand awareness.
Analyse customer behaviour data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization; utilise insights to enhance user experience and increase customer retention.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Work cross-functionally with IT, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for e-commerce initiatives.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support e-commerce operations and initiatives.
Manage and track the e-commerce budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet goals while optimising spend on technology, marketing, and platform enhancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 years) in e-commerce management, preferably in the sports nutrition or health products industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
