Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
Full time Role-based in Newmarket, Auckland
Salary Range: $68-$75k
Reporting directly to the Director and working closely with the Retail Manager, Head Chef, and logistics operation team, your role will involve the efficient and smooth transacting of online activity coupled with the organization and control of special functions and corporate events.
This role requires strong administration, relationship building, selling, and organization skills. We are a highly motivated and hardworking team.
What you will be doing...
Accurate and timely processing of all online sales transactions.
Ensuring effective and timely follow-up of all online orders.
Delivering events based on French culture and cuisine.
Proactively following up on quotes and inquiries to develop business.
Building strong relationships with guests and patrons and addressing any feedback.
Ensuring the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
Maintaining open communication with food and beverage and kitchen teams to provide accurate information for a smooth handover of functions from sales to operations.

A sound knowledge of French culture, food, and wine.
Fluency in the French language will be an advantage.
Experience in the event/hospitality industry.
High level of proficiency in the MS Office suite.
A warm, friendly, professional manner towards all clients and fellow team members.
Problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
Strong attention to detail.
