Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and talented Online Marketing Associate to join our team at Morgan Stanley in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online marketing and a proven track record of driving results. The Online Marketing Associate will be responsible for implementing and managing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads for our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engine optimization, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all online platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations to stay ahead of the competition
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in online marketing
- Resourceful and hardworking with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in research and data analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
