Job Description:
Principal Financial is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Online Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the online marketing efforts of the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of creativity and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies
- Create and manage online marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for online channels
- Assist in the management of social media accounts and online communities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Provide support for online events and promotions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in online marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Energetic and resourceful personality
- Creativity and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
