### **Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Interaction:** Actively engage with customers via live chat, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Information Gathering:** Utilize critical thinking skills to understand customer needs and gather necessary information to offer effective solutions.
- **Product Expertise:** Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Tenneco's products and services to confidently address customer queries and facilitate sales when applicable.
- **Documentation:** Accurately log customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure proper tracking and efficient follow-up.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments, such as sales and technical support, to share insights and improve overall customer experience.
- **Presentation Skills:** Effectively present product offerings and solutions to customers through online platforms, ensuring that the information is clear and persuasive.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product developments, and customer service practices to enhance personal knowledge and contribute to ongoing team training initiatives.
- **Feedback Handling:** Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to products and services based on customer satisfaction.
- **Availability & Flexibility:** Maintain availability for live chats during scheduled shifts, demonstrating reliability and commitment to meeting customer needs.
### **Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a customer service or live chat role, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication or customer service management is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using online chat software, CRM systems, and other relevant digital tools.
Basic knowledge of automotive products is advantageous.
