**Job Overview:** The Online Customer Support Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers across multiple online platforms.
This entry-level position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is eager to assist customers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service.
You'll have the opportunity to engage with customers, resolve issues, and help shape their experiences with Delek US Holdings.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the first point of contact for customers through online chat, email, and social media channels, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, offering effective solutions and escalating issues to higher-level staff when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to address common customer concerns and refine service delivery processes.
- Assist in the development of FAQ materials and instructional content to empower customers with self-service tools.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices in customer service.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Occasionally assist with special projects or initiatives aimed at improving team performance and customer satisfaction.
