Job Description: Mondelez International is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This is a part-time position with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and phone- Assist customers with order management, product information, and technical support- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products, promotions, and campaigns to customers- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve the overall online customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field- Energetic and independent personality traits- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus Benefits:- Profit sharing opportunities- Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates- Life insurance coverage Working Environment:At Mondelez International, we foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels.
