Job Description: We are looking for a talented and driven Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Celanese in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. This part-time position requires someone who is adaptable and hardworking, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with online customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met- Provide exceptional customer service through email, chat, and phone support- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the online customer experience- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Create and deliver presentations to educate customers on our products and services- Continuously seek ways to enhance the online customer experience and drive customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box- Experience with online customer support platforms and tools- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)- Presentation skills Benefits:- Profit sharing opportunities- Joining bonus- Gym membership Working Environment:At Celanese, we uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
