Job Description: Telephone & Data Systems is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions - Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and make informed decisions - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and influence positive outcomes - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Benefits: - Medical coverage - Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates - Paid overtime opportunities Working Environment: At Telephone & Data Systems, we leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
