Job Description: Terex is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Wellington, NZ.
As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, adaptable, and possess strong people management skills.
Responsibilities: 1.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.
2.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
3.
Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on using our online services.
4.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.
5.
Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
6.
Assist with the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.
Requirements: 1.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
2.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4.
Proficiency in using online platforms and tools.
5.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
6.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
