Job Description:
Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a motivated and passionate Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media.
2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
