Job Description: We are looking for a part-time Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at Nike in Wellington, NZ.
As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online customer service operations, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer service experience.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in managing online customer service operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
