Job Description:
Terex is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of online customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing a team of customer service representatives
