Job Description: Bank of New York Mellon Corp. is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online banking customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with online banking transactions, account inquiries, and technical issues - Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency - Educate customers on online banking features and services - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a passion for customer service - Strong attention to detail and ability to innovate solutions to customer problems - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online banking platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Benefits: - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Vision insurance - Free food Working Environment: At Bank of New York Mellon Corp., we empower our employees to take ownership and make impactful decisions.
