Job Description: Centene is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
This is a full-time entry-level position suitable for individuals with no prior experience, but a willingness to learn and grow within our organization.
Responsibilities: 1.
Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
2.
Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, product information, and general support.
3.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary.
4.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services to customers.
5.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
6.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
7.
Meet individual and team performance targets in terms of response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
8.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product developments to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1.
Confident and resilient personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions and difficult situations.

Strong soft skills including critical thinking to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions, and teamwork to collaborate with colleagues and achieve common goals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4.

5.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.
6.
High school diploma or equivalent.
7.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
