This part-time position is ideal for candidates with a customer-focused attitude who are eager to contribute to our shared success.Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound communications through various online channels, including chat, email, and social media. Provide prompt, professional, and courteous responses to customer inquiries while ensuring customer satisfaction.Issue Resolution: Proactively identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring effective follow-up to ensure resolution. Escalate complex issues to senior team members as necessary.Data Entry and Management: Accurately record customer interactions and maintain updated records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure all information is current and precise for future reference.Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Huntsman's products and services to provide accurate information to customers and assist in addressing inquiries and concerns.Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various departments, including sales, technical support, and marketing, to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and personal development. Stay updated on current practices and customer service trends.Performance Metrics: Strive to meet and exceed performance targets, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance measures. Provide feedback for continuous improvement of processes and systems.Team Engagement: Participate in team meetings and collaborate with peers to foster a positive work environment. Share knowledge and innovative ideas to enhance service delivery.Requirements:Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferably pursuing or completed a relevant degree in communication, business, or a related field.Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment.
