Job Description: Honeywell International is seeking an Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for motivated and hardworking individuals with a passion for customer service and technology.
Responsibilities: 1.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
2.
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.
3.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
4.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
6.
Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the contact center operations.
7.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
8.
Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements: 1.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3.
Excellent time management skills.
4.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
5.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
6.
Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
7.
Motivated and hardworking attitude.
8.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
