We are looking for an individual with a passion for client engagement and exceptional problem-solving skills, who thrives in a dynamic environment. As part of our commitment to delivering a superior service to our clients, this part-time role will involve providing guidance, support, and solutions to ensure an exceptional experience for our client base. ### **Responsibilities:** - **Client Relationship Management** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and check-ins. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. - **Client Onboarding** - Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our services. - Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of our platform while providing relevant resources and support. - **Service Improvement** - Continuously assess client feedback and service delivery processes to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to recommend enhancements to our offerings based on client needs and trends. - **Research & Analysis** - Conduct regular research to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in client service management. - Analyze client data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve service outcomes. - **Problem-Solving** - Proactively identify potential challenges that clients may face, and develop creative solutions to address them. - Escalate complex issues as needed and follow through promptly to ensure resolution. - **Reporting & Documentation** - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions using our CRM system. - Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on client satisfaction trends and service performance metrics. - **Collaboration** - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to relay client insights and enhance service offerings. - Act as an advocate for clients within the organization to ensure their voices and needs are prioritized. ### **Requirements:** **Experience:** - 8+ years of experience in client service or customer relationship management, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment. **Education:** - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiarity with online collaboration tools and project management software. **Personality Traits:** - **Independent:** Able to work autonomously while managing project timelines and client needs effectively. - **Adaptable:** Comfortably adjusts to changing scenarios and client demands, embracing innovation and flexibility. **Soft Skills:** - **Research:** Strong research skills to gather data and insights that inform decision-making. - **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly to clients and team members. ### **Benefits:** - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Company equipment provided for remote work - Free food and refreshments in the office ### **Working Environment:** At LawVu, we embrace a culture that values creativity and encourages fresh ideas and inventive solutions.
