UMI Digital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Client Service Assistant in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Responsibilities: 1.
Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.

Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
6.
Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1.
