Job Description:Travelers Cos. is seeking a passionate and reliable Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ.
As the Online Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online chat support team to ensure exceptional customer service and support for our clients.Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of online chat support agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues.Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online chat support team.Monitor and analyze chat support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Train and onboard new chat support agents to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field.8+ years of experience in online chat support or customer service.Strong leadership and communication skills.Creativity and adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Experience with chat support software and tools.Personality Traits:Passionate about providing excellent customer service.Reliable and dependable in meeting deadlines and goals.Soft Skills:Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues.Adaptability to changing customer needs and situations.Benefits:Vision insurance.Travel & spending expenses.Company transportation.Working Environment:At Travelers Cos., we pursue excellence in every endeavor, setting a high standard for achievement.
