As an Online Call Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support through various digital communication channels. ### Key Responsibilities - **Customer Engagement:** Serve as the primary contact for customers via chat, email, and social media, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement that aligns with Land O'Lakes' standards. - **Issue Resolution:** Accurately assess customer inquiries and complaints and efficiently resolve issues or escalate as needed, maintaining a customer-first approach. - **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Land O'Lakes products and services to inform customers appropriately and enhance their experience. - **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring all information is clear, concise, and accessible for future reference. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
