Serko Ltd, a leading online travel management company based in Auckland, NZ, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Officer. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding travel bookings, changes, and inquiries - Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Utilize company software and systems to assist customers with their travel-related needs - Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure timely responses - Meet and exceed performance targets for call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Innovative mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies - Must be a dedicated individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality service - Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Benefits: - Paid overtime opportunities - Life insurance coverage - Training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge - Empowered working environment that encourages employees to take ownership and make impactful decisions Deadline to Apply: Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply by July 22, 2024.
