Online Call Center Associate

Job Description: Rocket Lab is seeking a reliable and motivated Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities: 1.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Provide information about products and services, process orders, and resolve customer complaints.
3.
Use analysis and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and find solutions for customers.
4.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
3.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
5.
Reliable and motivated with a positive attitude.
6.
Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions.
