Job Description: Honeywell International is seeking a part-time Online Business Development Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, motivated, and possesses strong communication and strategic planning skills. Responsibilities:- Develop and implement online business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for the company.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of online sales channels and recommend improvements for optimization.- Assist in the organization and execution of online events, webinars, and other promotional activities.- Support the development of online training programs for internal staff and external partners. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or e-commerce.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with online sales platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
